Welcome to the month of love! Valentine’s Day is less than a week away and after talking with some of my friends, I had realized that I haven’t done a couples fashion blog post yet. While I would love to get my boyfriend involved with pictures, he is more interested in being behind the camera taking the pictures. Regardless, this blog post I have written below is for outfit inspiration for different date activities/ideas for Valentine’s Day or weekend. Shout out to my dear friends Meaghan and Katie for planting this seed in my head and inspiring me to think outside of my usual box for this post 💗 I wanted to provide a range of activities that you could do as a couple so for this posting I have included, netflix and chill, let’s get physical, and a night on the town.
Netflix & Chill
Pizza, chinese delivery, takeout food ordered, whatever it is… it will be for a night in. The Netflix and Chill look inspo is for the couples that plan on kicking back and not getting fussy with extra plans. Binging rom-com movies, playing card games, blasting music for a dance party and eating your fav cuisine in your comfy clothes is exactly what these looks are supposed to be for.

Let’s Get Physical
To all my active couples, this one is for you. I am so inspired by the couples who love to go to the gym together or find some type of hobby to do that involves exercise to try out. All of those sporty spices out there who want to do a workout class together, play a ball game outside or walk/run/bike together, these outfit looks will suit you for your fun activities.

A Night on the Town
It’s a date night on the town type of weekend! If you have chosen to make a reservation at an all-time fav or a new place that has been on your list, we gotta break out a new outfit for your couple. I wanted to gather a few silhouettes, colours, and styles for you to browse through. If you aren’t keen on wearing pink or red, I love wearing black/white/cream and then throw on pink or red accessories to spice it up like heels, shoes, jewelry, or coats if it is going to be cold where you live.

V-Day Accessories
Every activity needs an accessory. I have rounded up some favourites to add to any of your outfits. Many of these outfits and accessories can also take you well into spring and summer so if you are on the hunt to add to your wardrobe there will be more uses than just for Valentine’s Day.

Some of these items can also pull inspiration from your current closet so if you don’t want to spend any more money, look through your wardrobe and see if there is anything that you can mix and match for the occasion. This blog post was a bit different of a style than my normal but I really enjoyed taking on the challenge and expanding my style inspiration looks.
